Are you looking for some gorgeous, easy plants to put in any fish tank and improve your tank’s aesthetics, health, and water quality? You’ve found the right plant pack!

The KING’S RANSOM Treasure Chest gives you four EASY plants for your tank, plus one beautiful floating plant. These easy plants can be planted directly into any substrate, even colored gravel, and you’ll enjoy fast growth and beautiful colors.

Each pack will include 2-3+ healthy stems of 4 exciting, beautiful plants that are easy to grow in any aquarium, and one free floating plant. The plants will be randomly picked but you can expect some colorful plants, some stem plants, and likely some shorter midground plants as well. This pack might not contain enough plants to fully fill your tank with plants at first, but that’s the magic of fast growing, easy plants. Less than a month after planting, you’ll have more plants than you’ll know what to do with!

What you’ll need for success:

• Deep Substrate. Any substrate will do, but plants need something to hold them down, so we recommend at least 1.5” deep of substrate. If your substrate is too shallow, you can always just add a bag of sand or fine gravel on top, it won’t harm your fish or existing plants at all.

• Decent Lighting. These plants will grow in most conditions, but all plants need light to grow. You should make sure your tank’s light is strong enough to get a good amount of light to the bottom of the tank, and make sure your plant has a few different colors in it’s spectrum. An all-white light won’t grow plants nearly as well as one with white, red, and blue LEDs.

• Simple Fertilizers. Practically any aquatic fertilizer will do. I personally recommend Thrive S, which is a shrimp-safe fertilizer that we use in all of our tanks. Simply adding a bit of fertilizer once a week will keep your plants happy. Contrary to popular belief, you can’t grow plants entirely with fish waste- the waste provides nitrites which is amazing for growth but plants do need other nutrients as well.
